  Sam was wonderful in helping us buy our first home. It is a big and scary commitment and she guided us through the entire process. She in conjunction with our realtor, provided us with a first time homebuyers class to give us an overview of what we should expect from the process. She and our realtor worked with us as a team to provide us an amazing experience. Sam was very responsive and on top of answering our questions and providing us accurate information. She gathered all of our information and had our pre-approval letter all ready prior to us even looking at homes. After we put our first offer in and it was accepted, we were able to close in 18 DAYS because of how prepared Sam was. She was organized and ensured we had all our information in to meet our deadlines so we didn't default on our offer. She came to the signing of our closing documents to ensure we understood everything. Sam's help did not end after we signed our closing documents. She has continually reached out to ensure we are happy in our new home and has continued to answer our questions that have come up now that we are home owners. She made our first time home buying experience incredible and we would not have had such a positive experience without her!!

  I LOVE working with Sam! As a Realtor it makes a PROFOUND difference for not only myself but for the ENTIRE experience for my clients! Our transactions together as a TEAM have all been smooth.. easy.. and my clients LOVE her too! Her communication is on point.. she is on top of it.. she adds value and education.. and has the BEST rates! I don't get paid in anyway to work with her or recommend her.. I simply do it because she's the BEST I've EVER worked with!
