  They are incredible! They really listen to your wants and needs and give you the freedom to choose what properties you want to see. They are conscious of your budget and don't even mention properties out of your price range. They have great connections in the industry as well. Everyone we worked with through the process from our mortgage lender to our inspector came on their recommendation. I can't say enough positive things about these wonderful company. Not only are they hard workers, but their kindness and friendship is something that made this experience wonderful for us. As first time home buyers, we were uneasy going into this process but they helped us every step of the way. I truly believe we would not have found our dream home if it weren't for them!

  I contacted them about an apartment building they own in Grand Prairie, Texas - Royalton at Grand Prairie - that is poorly managed and constructed, they have not responded. They seem to be more concerned about profits than consumer satisfaction.

  This company rewards on-time payments with negative credit reporting. When you contact them, they tell you they can't do anything, you need to file a dispute with the credit bureaus, which will then take at least a month to resolve. Own up to your mistakes, SWBC.
