      I recently went in to the Park North branch to look into opening a credit card. I felt like the representative was very knowledgeable about the different options, answered all of my (many!) questions, and helped me decide what was best for me—without forcing me towards any of the options. She was patient and thorough and overall just very kind. I really appreciated her willingness to talk and understand my needs, and work with me towards my financial goals. Everyone else in the branch was also very friendly and efficient!
