  Thank you SMCU, first of all thanks a lot to Geraldine, she was always available when I needed the help even during covid I'm getting prompt responses and being able to handle all requests I had. And thanks smcu, the rates I was getting were the lowest in the area.

  Honestly we have had great experiences in the past, but this time it was terrible. My mother came in attempting to get a car loan since she’s interested in buying a new car. We came in know they would run her social to see her credit, but they ran it without at least verbally telling her “we will run your social to see your credit”. On top of that they did not bother giving her any information regarding the car loan and how it worked they just started the application. Overall the man working at the very end left side was rude and not helpful. We expected better service and were left completely disappointed.

  Don't bother going here!! I've been in three times attempting to start a checking acct for me and a youth savers for my child. Everytime I've waited 40+ mins to be 'helped' and each time they have a different list of things they need from me. I came in with everything I was told I needed yet there was something new each time. The employees are rude and clearly no one actually knows what customers should be bringing in. I'll take my business to a bank that has their act together thanks anyways.
