      I asked about a car loan over the phone. Operator confirmed that I need to provide SSN, proof of income and proof of identity (passport in my case). Upon arrival to the office, I had a talk with a loan officer for 20 seconds. He asked for a California driver's license, and when I said he only had an international driver's license (issued by another country), he simply said he couldn't approve a car loan. I asked why the person on the phone had not given me this requirement. He said "have a nice day" and fell silent. Very bad customer experience. I just spent money for a taxi and get the information that can be provided over the phone in other places. Please take care that you have all information before visiting the office.

      This branch is the worst Bad customer service. The employees have little to no knowledge. They have no control with the line, they talk to much about personal issues and not about banking and they hold up the lines, from the bank manager to the clerks.
