      I went to this branch, on a Monday, to close out my deceased husband's accounts of whom I am joint owner. Tissa and her co-worker waited on me, the whole while whispering as if I could not hear them. Told me I did not have access to the IRA account; good thing I had proof. After taking my documentation and death certificate, they proceeded to tell me the account was "locked" and it was above their pay grade to "unlock" the account, and I was told to come back on Friday. I had to go to the branch on Cottonwood the next day to get this finalized with someone who knew what they were doing. The death certificate was never put into the system, and Miguel was awesome at helping me get my funds from the IRA. The Wellspring branch is staffed with obviously inexperienced staff who cannot be honest with their customers and admit to the inability to service them. Tissa called me Tuesday and was extremely rude on the phone. Very unprofessional.
