      It's a great location that has a good Staff. They're quick in the drive-thru and the lobby area. Also they have really helpful Loan Officers.

      It took me 3 weeks to get an account made and approved because they didn't ask for any specific information. They asked for a picture of the back of my driver's licence and that was it. I kept having to call and ask what was wrong and why it's taking so long and every time they'd only ask for one document at a time. The center was hacked and now I'm repeatedly getting spam calls claiming its then asking for bank info and my SSN. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR A HEADACHE. -update tried with them again and they deleted my brand new made profile in 3 days because I couldn't call back while working. 0 stars, terrible company and staff is always rude and unhelpful.

      I have been with this bank for 15 years. It is by far the worst bank you can go to in New Mexico!!! I have to drive to a branch to pay my truck loan. They say I have options to pay. Liars! I then have to wait 20 plus minutes for then to verify who I am and I am even eligible to pay my own vehicle payment. I've been harassed by this company multiple times. And they just delete your reviews. On top of that they lie about everything. Do not bank here.
