Frank, my Mortgage Banker, was patient and easy to work with from the first phone call. Every interaction with him was great, but one stood out the most. I had told Frank I was looking at a different bank due to finding a lower interest rate. Frank did what he could to make everything work, however, the numbers from the competitor were still favorable and I decided to move things forward with that bank. Frank, graciously understood. As I started working with the other bank, I found they were not as responsive nor did they give the insight that Frank did. Frank thoughtfully called back, just to check in, and I came running back to him at Sandy Spring Bank (even though the interest rate was higher). I could not imagine working with the other lender. I'm so grateful that my first home buying experience was with Frank as he made everything easy to understand, which in turn made me comfortable. I truly felt he was looking out for my best interest.
