  Shymeia and her team were so awesome! As a first time home buyer I knew right away from first speaking to Shymeia that she was going to be my lender throughout my home buying process. She was patient, took her time to answer ALL my questions (there were many lol) and was kind enough to double check to make sure she answered everything to my understanding. Once I found a house and was going through the buying process, Shymeia and her team were on IT!! I'm talking about fast responses, on top of everything, thorough and no matter who I spoke with they were always willing to take the time needed to answer my questions. I honestly felt no stress, no anxiety, no worries, no fear, I didn't have to chase anyone down for an update, none of that drama! Shymeia made it such a smooth process, I still cannot believe how stress free my first time buying a home was. I must say, I believe with God, if it's meant to be, the journey will be peaceful, so with that I'm so thankful for Shymeia. Her expertise and patience was truly a blessing.

  I was the listing agent on this deal and at the time had several other listings and buyers I was working with. The deal I did with Ella Summerville and Shymeia Lee was the least stressful of them all! The communication was on point and it helped that Shymeia had done the work upfront to assure this client wouldn't run into any underwriter issues which is always appreciated! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Shymeia and highly recommend her!

  Shymeia is amazing. She answers any questions you have. She is the best, I am very grateful for her as my loan officer. She will explain the grants and loans to you. She makes sure she can help you understand. It’s my first time buying a house so I was very scared but Shymeia helped me ease some of that stuff. You will not regret working with her she is the best of the best! She helped me with the best option and I am very grateful. I will be referring her to everyone!
