Recently opened a checking account because BOA is under extremely poor management. Kelly helped us with setting up the new account. Kelly has a terrific "Think Customer " mindset the best we have ever worked with in the banking industry. When we left the bank we had our account setup with checks, functional debit card and online account setup and ready to work all in a short time. This Customer relations person sets the gold standard! Overall the bank is only as good as the people. Best experience in banking we have had in the state of Florida.
