      Go to the Lower Level by stairs or elevator. You will see the bank there. There is also have one ATM as well.

      Today I was having a problem with my mobile app for county federal credit union. And the app kept blocking me to fix my pass word. I got locked out 6 times and called customer service 6 times and each time they reset so I can fix it but it kept locking me out. So had to call the coustomer service again. I talk to. Bryana she was trying to help me but I was frustrated and I was trying to explain to her and asking why dose it keep happening. She was not listing so well and as I was talking she hung up on me . That’s is not cool when your suppose to be there for the customer not hang up on them she didn’t help me. So I had to go in to the credit union on Almaden and the teller Manuel helped me and was very patient . He walked me thru every step and fixed my problem . And was very kind to make sure that everything was working before I left. I want to say. Manuel thank you for doing not just your job but going above to help me . We need more carding people like you. Again thank you for helping me out. Great job Thanks Darlene
