      I went to make a deposit in the morning and was rudely net by the manager who asked me how can I help you. Not even a Good Morning, How can I help you? Personally I felt out of place. This is not my regular branch, but I seriously recommend that this manager is in need of a courtesy course. And the tellers are on the arrogant side. This is my first and last time I will visit this Whitestone branch.

      I normally don't like to post bad reviews but I feel like I have to - I had applied for a personal line of credit through Santander. I received a phone call from a manager at this bank informing me I had been approved for the line and that I should come in the next day to sign paperwork. I go in, she calls some higher ups to find out exactly what I need to sign, and they inform her that I've actually been declined. She couldn't explain to me why she had told me I'd been approved, just said "sorry" and ushered me out. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely NOT a mistake that a pretty sizable bank should ever make. Please beware of this branch
