      What back closes at 1 on a Friday and not open Saturday at all? I unable to get direct deposit and I called to rectify the situation only to be told maybe I didn't add my middle name to both work and bank documents. I came in to fill out some paperwork only to get a call a few days later that it was incomplete. I tried to banker look over the documents but she was reluctant to do anything due to covid. She could have read over the document while I practice social distracting.

      Like the credit union for in person transactions but the online service is terrible!!! Way to many system failures. Now they have a new website and it is down over twenty four hours!!! This is unacceptable!!!! Will have to switch to a real bank for better online services. I do most of my transactions that way so I need better service!!!

      Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Our online vendor is located in Texas and was hard hit by last week's storms. The system is now back online.
