      In the past, I lived in several different states. As a result, I have had accounts in different banks. I can say that Santander Bank in Ayer, MA is the best bank I’ve ever used. Not only do they make no errors, but they also have great customer service. It’s great to be welcomed by Ashwini’s smile and warm greetings. Brittany’s attentive service makes me feel that I’m cared for. Joshua, the branch manager is very knowledgeable. All the staff members at the Ayer branch are very friendly. Wish they could get a trophy for the best branch office again this year.

      I made an appointment 3 days in advance for opening an account. I was there 5 mins early and the lady told me she is has another customer and I have to wait for 5 mins. I waited for 15 mins and asked if there was a problem with my appointment. Lady responded I have to wait 5 more minutes. What is the purpose of appointments then?

      There are very limited santander banks with drive up tellers. Other banks that are smaller in space are opening their lobby. Please re open this branch. You have to drive 25 miles in either direction to get to a Santander bank that has a drive-through teller. This branches lobby is plenty big enough to accommodate at least 4 to 5 customers at 1 time with room for social distancing.
