      This review is for this SPECIFIC bank branch—we all know online/phone service for all branches is spotty but I can’t get over the lovely customer service I received just now when calling in to get a couple of certified Cheques for a new apartment. Donna helped me out and was so friendly and kind, even offering congratulations and waiving the fee on the cheques when she found it what it was for. There were some tech issues which were not at all her fault but she was so nice about it all even though it was as much a waste of her time as anyone’s. I was also really impressed by the conversations around me with the other bank staff and customers. It literally seemed like tellers here befriend their customers and remember them. That can’t be the case for every interaction obviously but just in the small sample I overheard I felt like this was the most good natured bank branch I had ever been in. The staff were all really nice to each other too, just felt like a supportive and sweet working environment. Didn’t expect to be writing a 5 star review for a bank pretty much ever but I just wanted to drop some compliments after my weirdly uplifting experience!
