Went to this location on Friday; they were supposed to be open until 6, like always.. Went through hell to get there and they closed two hour early! Looked up the hours for the next day which said 2 pm.. Well.. Thank God I checked the google page again because it AGAIN changed, this time an hour early at 1pm. Not only that, but the business page says it was updated 3 weeks ago, yet somehow changes hours every day. This is completely Unacceptable for any professional business to operate, ESPECIALLY A BANK!!!! I will never go to this bank again and I will make sure to let everyone know how little Santander cares for its customers.

The truth is that I liked the old locar more, and the service was much better, it had a large and well accessible parking lot, in this I think that there is only the street there is always a lot of traffic, the truth is I do not know why they removed the other one, and to To top it off, the workers were super friendly. They closed the gorgeous old location and opened up something that looks generic, the staff is all new, and they treat me like they have never seen me before even though I'm there almost every week for the same thing. There have been non stop issues too, unscheduled closures, broken ac on hot days, system issues, I was unable to make a cash deposit, told to visit the ATM, and did not get an estimate for when I would be able to make a deposit. I miss the beautiful old location with the friendly staff. There are other banks in Salem, it might be time for a change.
