I had a great experience when I went to the Santander branch In South Yarmouth on Friday 2/21/2020. The branch manager Michael made the visit easy and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. I will be returning to this branch from now on.

I went here today just to get $20 in quarters for laundry. When i asked the teller if i could do so, she answered with “yes” then proceeded with “do you have an account with us?” i replied with “no i do not” she said “i can not do it then.” I am not sure what an account has to do with wanting an even exchange. However, now i would NEVER get an account there, nor would i recommend it. she was rude.
