      I have been going to this bank for 20 years. I love the people that work here! They are really friendly and helpful! They know my name and say "hi Connie" when I walk in! I am VERY happy with this bank!!!!

      The personnel is very polite yet very inconclusive and unable to resolve issues including but not limited to write letters. I believe that the only great task is all day long gossip. Inconclusive.

      I am not a member of this bank, I went to use the ATM drive thru and the machine took my card. It denied my transaction, was “experiencing technical difficulty” and the machine told me to go into the office to retrieve my card. The manager of this location told me because I am not a Santander member my card cannot be issued back to me. This location of Santander stole my bank card. I will never use this bank ever again.
