      Zero stars really - THE WORST!!! I deposited the federal stimulus check cosigned by my husband via the santander app. I later received a letter stating it was being held because my husband wasn't on the account. He went in to the branch and signed a form and gave his ID and they said the check would then clear in 3 days. 6 weeks and nothing happened. I called the branch and the manager was supposed to call me back. She's too full of herself and didn't. I called customer support and found out it was turned over to fraud. After fighting them (many useless people there) one capable person found that the Clark branch lost the form. She was supposed to take care of it. Now 2 months after depositing and they have not cleared the federal check!!!!! Both the Clark branch and santander itself are useless garbage. After this settles, I will be dumping them.
