      Today was my daughter's last day of school and in a ditch effort to purchase a gift for my her teacher i found myself unable to complete an important purchase because of an issues with ATM card. After several failed attempts to resolve the issues on my own I franticly called the Scotch Plains Location and had the pleasant experience of speaking with the Branch Manager Karina who took her time and a worked diligently with me to resolve the issues. The staff were very professional and took the time Even after banking hour to help me resolve my issues. both Haydee and Avelina were patient and made sure the everything was working. correctly before i left. Having a bank manager Karina tell me that the bank was closed now but advised me to still come in because she would wait for me was something I will never forget. Thanks agin Ladies for helping resolve my issues with my card. Even though i was stressed you took the time to show me that you cared and i just want t say thank you!
