      I recently opened an account with Santander. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The customer service provided was top notch. I've even received a couple of calls from them to enquire whether I had questions or concerns! For me, that's a first!

      Rude,and unhelpful associates. Went thru drive through and was told they couldn't access accounts. Called another Branch that said there were no issues. The other branch called us back in less then 2 minutes and said that the Emmaus branch was up and running. So I proceeded back through the Emmaus location drive through and was still told the system was down. I will never return to a branch full of liars and I don't want to imagine what they do with my money
