      Best customer service ever. I had some problems with another Santander branch which made me visit them thrice. I came here once and that's all it took. Kudos to Shirley and Nik! Appreciate their hospitality and service.

      Rafael Santos the store manager Is full of himself an egotistic. He has no sense of customer service and does not know how to deal with folks. I tried signing up for a meeting with Dylan who is an investment banker Rafael wanted me to email him (himself) So that afterwards he could email Dylan that I would like to see him. I was so confused and I decided I am done with santander because this is not the 1st time I have been discriminated
