      I've always had excellent experience in this particular branch. And also the one in Lawrence. The one in North main Street and over is not as hospitable the last time I went. But I understand the management was changed so maybe it's better now.

      This bank has the nicest people. Because of a promotion, i created an account. Was a breeze. Everyone is very personable.

      I asked the account manager at this branch a question by email and he never got back to me after repeated email requests. In addition he said I would get a credit to my account if I started direct deposit and I never did. I called the main support number and they said call back in a month if you still don't get it. I called back and they said they need to research it call back in two weeks if I don't hear back. Typical big bank lameness.
