      I called the branch after the main bank number sent me through endless auto-prompts without answering my questions about use of debit card internationally. Jeff/the branch answered my questions quickly and suggested I give foreign travel notice so my travel transactions would not be problematic. Great service!

      I went in to open an account 30 minutes before the branch closed and they told me they couldn’t help because they were going to close in 30 minutes. It doesn’t take that long to open a savings account. Worst customer service I’ve had at a bank.
