      I am a commercial bank customer I needed something notarized and I called the bank and they told me to come in so I went. To the branch and saw the sr Relationship banker her name was cece. !! That works there she was very rude and arrogant to me as I went to. Show cece what I needed done from that minute. she didn’t want to notarize my stuff. then purposely she makes a mistake and then tries to turn it around on me and then refused to notarize it then I had to leave and go to my other bank m /t and get it notarized. With out any. drama I honestly don’t feel secure doing my banking at this bank with cece the. Branch manager mrs Duffy she is a very nice lady She Did call me to. apologize later on in the day which I greatly appreciate it And teri who usually helps me is a sweetheart she goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy But. I don’t have a good feeling about this.Lady. cece. I . Just don’t trust her doing my banking or . To have my back. !! After the way cece. handled my banking business that day. I hope they print this review out and put it in her personal file she basically told me she didn’t care if I close my account out. Who would want to conduct business with cece with a comment like that from her. She should not be allowed to talk to customers like that. She makes Santana bank look. bad.
