      We had an excellent experience with Krissy Jakubczak and Erin Tripodi. We had to change things around and it was done by them professionally and with personal courtesy. I highly recommend the bank and them.

      I stopped by the branch to do a simple cash withdrawal. When I was done I stopped by Katie's desk and asked her to look into a problem I encountered. I don't normally use this branch, there is one closer to my home. Katie took down the info and said she would look into it. The next day she called and told me she had taken care of my problem and how to avoid it in the future. Today, I checked and sure enough the problem was fixed. This is the definition of great service. Thank you...

      Horrible customer service, god forbid if you need to take money out, I was ask numerous times if I would rather take out a cashier check and was given the 3rd degree while being asked questions that did not concern them whatsoever on why I need “my” money out!! Save your time go to another Santander Bank!
