I was looking for a notary willing to help me with some documents I need to translate. I went to 2 different banks all of them very helpful. Came to this bank because it was near by and they couldn’t help me because I was not a customer. Sadly disappointed with the service this bank provides, the other banks didn’t even ask me if I was a customer and helped me to find an employee who speak Spanish even though I was not a customer. Very poorly service.

Totally disappointed with Customer service!!!!!!!!! It's amazing how they treat us well to open an account! But go back and try to resolve any type of problem and you will be surprised how they can shut you down!
