      I went to this branch to cash a very old (like 10 year old) Amex gift cheque. Not a gift card, but the old paper checks from eons past. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. The tellers were super nice and friendly, and helped me with this unusual request right away.

      If I could give it negative stars I would. Needed an ATM the other day. NEVER have I ever seen an ATM so filthy with 2 garbage cans, 1 being so gross and so filthy right in front of where you need to be. Luckily I keeps wipes and sanitizer in my car. Not from the area. Didn’t go in the bank, so this review is not about that. Although that ATM area says a lot about the management and/or employees. Definitely won’t be using that machine again

      I have been a customer at this branch since it turned to Santander years ago. This past week, Todd has been a lifesaver when he assisted me in locating a missed mtg payment that my loan officer misplaced AND he helped me with a credit report issue which had been placed on my report incorrectly. Todd not only handled the situation with a first call resolution, he also sent paperwork to corresponding parties and followed up with a phone call to me. Awesome customer service Todd!! Thank You!!
