      The people at the branch are all friendly besides one guy. He works in the office part. I'm pretty positive his job is to help people with any banking issues. His customer service is awful. I went in for a few questions and issues and he never seems to want to help, you can hear it in his attitude over the phone and in person. He will tell you that there's nothing he can do no matter what the problem is. Its still questionable what his job is or what he even does all day.

      Needed customer service and waited over an hour because we had to listen to personal conversations about the holidays and birthdays and every other topic other than banking ...... Ok to be friendly but get to business and get on with it
