Worst customer service in the world! Worst online banking ever! They withdrew the money for my rent from my account, then bounced the check when my landlord tried to cash it. Landlord is asking for both my rent and NSF fees, I'm over a week late to my landlord and don't have the money since they withdrew it 2 days before it was due. Dominic in customer service IS THE WORST, he was supposedly the manager and hung up on me when I asked what happened and why.
