  When I opened my accounts, they were offering $20 a month if I had direct deposit and two bill pays. I was told it wasn't a promotion and this offer was for the life of the account. A few months later, I found that it was a lie. I visited the branch on 6/12/18. One rep was with a customer and the other four guys were in the back talking. One of the guys asked if I needed help, when I told him that I wanted to close my accounts he informed me that he doesn't close accounts and told me that the other rep (Monty) who had a customer, would help me when he finished. After monty's customer left, he sat at his desk looking through a file, then he got up and went to the back with the other guys. He then approached me to let me know he had something else to do (I don't remember what) and that one of the other guys would assist me when they finished their lunch break. He then said that if no one helps me by the time he's finished, then he would assist me. He then walked over to another customer who came in after me. I walked out completely disgusted. I opened up an account at chase bank, which has way better customer service than Santander and they aren't slow like Santander is. We're also looking into mortgages and although Santander has a good offer, we will NOT be doing business with them. Their Customer service stinks.

  Ha hy is where I have my three blinds live the cinano have idea how exciting it is to stand in the wing of Mr. chinchontep wings 2 in the morning drinking coffee with quesadias and see how far it is possible you can find it. The sky so close that you almost touch it with your hands are memories that are always with me
