      I visited this branch today. I was greeted politely by a young woman when I entered the branch. However, the male teller was rude and short with me and refused to complete a simple transaction. Fortunately I was able to go to a different Santander branch where a very professional teller completed the same transaction and explained their policies. I will not return to this branch.

      Excellent service! I have been in town dealing with health and estate issues for my parents. They have been very responsive during this difficult time by helping me secure Power of Attorney to manage my parents' affairs. I have not even had to wait much in order to see the special bankers. They have walked me through the steps and needed documentation thoroughly and professionally. I was also pleased to learn that you can deposit checks without filling out a deposit slip. Very efficient.
