      Far and away the most frustrating bank to deal with, on two occasions. Not only are they the only bank who’s protocol to cash a check is to phone the bank account holder and require verbal confirmation, but today they close at 4, I called pleading to wait for me until 4:05 and the teller said no we lock the door at 4 and that’s it. This bank has no customer appreciate and treat you like a bother. I hope to never deal with their headaches again.
