      The gentleman is the most gracious and friendly person I ever met!! I wasn't in the greatest mood walking in there, but left with a huge smile on my face!! I was greeted with two loaves of cranberry walnut bread and when I wanted to buy a can of soda he insisted I take it without paying. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment. Thank you so much!!

      HE LIED ABOUT A LAW! HE SAID IT WAS ILLEGAL TO CASH A CHECK IN VIRGINIA IF YOU SIGNED THE BACK OF THE CHECK BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. IF HE DOESNT SEE IT THEN YOU CANT CASH IT. HE PROFILED ME BECAUSE I WAS BLACK AND HAS DREADLOCKS ANNNND HE INSINUATED THAT I WAS A SCAMMER WITH A FAKE CHECK. OR THAT I CASHED IT ON A MOBILE BANK APP I WOULD GIVE THIS A ZERO BUT ITS NO OPTION! HE MIGHT GET SUED BY ME. THEN IMA OPEN MY OWN CHECK CASHING PLACE.

      We reserved a Uhaul on Oct 14 for pickup on Sunday, October 24 at Sarab Inc. We had a long day of moving planned and selected 24/7 pickup for 8am. When we show up, we have no way to access the van (key was not put in a dropbox or the like) and we received no communication from them ahead of time (as they were closed). If you need a Uhaul, don't go here, the Columbia Pike Uhaul is quick, professional and has a great selection (plus it opens at 9am on Sundays).
