  There are so many good things to say about Sarah and Page Homes that I almost don't know where to start. First, she's committed to knowing the market, knowing what will sell and for how much, that it gives her clients a leg up in negotiations. She's available- she's helped two different friends of mine moving from other metros to Kansas City find the right house in the right location. She coordinated most of it remotely, facetiming for walkthroughs and inspections when needed, and being there to navigate the inevitable snags that come up in any real estate transaction. She's a great value- every one of our friends that she's sold a house for got beautiful photos, effective marketing, and ultimately multiple offers over asking price. Finally, she's honest, and builds lasting relationships with clients. You know she's doing something right when she throws a party and dozens of former clients are there- now as friends.

  I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone who asked me for the name of a knowledgeable house sales person. Sarah really seemed to know what it would take to sell the house and what all had to be done to get there. It was a very pleasant experience.

  This is our second time using Sarah Page to buy a house. We started out our search this time with a wide net of things we were looking for in our next move for our growing family. Sarah patiently sat with us while we debated what our future house looked like. She then helped narrow our search until we finally found this one. We relied on Sarah to guide us in the right direction on kid friendly communities, help us in making fair offers, and connecting us to reputable resources in the community after we closed to make this house our home. I would recommend Sarah Page and her team to anyone, as I know their passion for real estate goes beyond just buying and selling, it's about getting to know us and finding a perfect fit.
