Nope. No. Never again. Waste of money. Not worth it - Total Highway Robbery! Been to several Medieval Fairs around the country. Expected to experience a great fair, but only found they nickel dime you every step of the way. You pay a ridiculously expensive entry fee for what? To be charged for everything, with little to no entertainment value. They want to charge for everything - and cash only on most of the things. Charged $10 for camel rides, horse rides, $$ for swing chairs, $$ for slack dragon ride, for rides, charged for escape area or mazes, charged for things you would think they would NOT charge for, even the people playing music have baskets set out for money. Most Medieval fairs either have very low cost or no cost or they charge one fee and you get access to everything, and the shows are included (with exception to the trinket kiosks). But at this one - you will be charged up the wazoo so that you can go in and get charged up the wazoo. No problem with self-expression and people having fun, but note that a surprisingly number of people took this opportunity to show up wearing their most risqué goth or partially exposed outfits, many of which were inappropriate for mixed company.

I visited the Medieval Fair on the last weekend it ran (2021). I love the new location. It is out of the way, but the new venue is so big. There was so much to see and so many vendors. I love seeing the bird show and the jousting. There’s a big maze. Lots of food options, and three different restroom areas. They are portable toilets, but not too bad to use. The weather was just perfect when I went. A cool day and not a cloud in the sky. If you are going on a rainy day, don’t wear a very long dress, I heard it gets muddy
