      Spent 2 months working with Satish's team on a refinance that would only increase my monthly payment slightly. I thought everything was fine, until we were 1 week after the expected closing date. Then, I found out that the underwriter didn't like what they saw. The communication was horrible. I had to constantly follow up to get status updates. I was asked multiple times for the same information which had already been provided weeks before. You will do yourself a huge favor by avoiding these folks for any home refinancing needs.
