      I don't know what it is about this branch, but there always seems to be some problem here. I went this past week, and the "greeter" at the door informed me and others in line that there were no tellers in. ??? I went right over to the downtown Mountain View location, where they were very prompt, friendly, and actually had multiple staff members available. I like B of A and have never had major complaints - aside from the fact that someone is always pushing to use technology: iPads, ATMs wherever they possibly can. That can be annoying. But, no tellers...that's a first. What an embarrassment!

      Service is non-existent. I don't know what they are doing in this branch, but timely helping customers is clearly not it. Once they get to you, they try to do what is needed and then determine that someone else needs to be involved. If you must deal with them go in with the attitude that everything will take much longer than you would reasonably expect and then be prepared to come back another day.
