      As a returning client to Saunders & Associates should say it all. A few years ago John helped me with my refinance and got me an awesome rate. Needing some cash out this time, I contacted John again for his help. And as expected, the service I received was again excellent. John took time to explain and patiently went over the calculations I needed to understand the different options I had. During the process John and his team kept me informed with status updates and answered questions.Interest rate was locked in just in time before it quickly increased! It took exactly one month from my refinance application to closing! Thank you John and team!
