      I am a Realtor and represented a client who purchased a home in Savanna. The home itself is beautiful but there were several punch out items at closing. We actually extended closing a few days because it was so many items. We were assured the punch out list would be completed in the follow week or so. It has now been 10 months since closing and there are still several items (broken range hood, washer /dryer not working correct, tile in the bathroom is not repaired) these items all on the original list and still not completed. The contact we have at Savanna (Sean) is completely unresponsive. We send him emails and text messages and he just ignores requests. I have been a part of over 100 new construction builds with clients over the past 15 years and this is honestly the worst I have ever seen. It's a shame because it is a lovely neighborhood and a beautiful home but I would not recommend any new clients to build with them because of this experience. If you do build a home I would HIGHLY recommend getting an outside inspector to come in and check the home before closing and do not close until all of the items have been fixed or you will spend the next year chasing down people to do their job.
