      I have been a customer of Wintrust / Schaumburg Bank and Trust for over 15 years. Everyone I have ever dealt with at the bank has always been nice, pleasant, and informative. I have used many of their services they have to offer such as, online banking, pay bill, mobile deposit, etc. It is great they are more of a community bank than a large global bank. They care about their customers. If you are looking for a great bank, look no further than Schaumburg Bank and Trust.

      I've been a customer for years and really had it with Wintrust. There customer service sucks. It took 12 minutes to put deposit in and was only customer. And it happens all the time. Today was little longer than their norm. They would rather do their 5 o'clock work instead of taking care of customer quickly and efficiently. Between this and how they run online banking and App this bank system is a joke. Day and night between them and Chase. Who I never in over 2 decades had a problem with service and on line banking. Wintrust really doesn't care either, that is what is sad. I definitely do not recommend. I am closing account and sticking with Chase Bank
