  I refinanced my home loan with Randy Milani in order to take advantage of lower interest rates and take cash out for remodeling. Randy was easy to work with even though we are in the middle of a public health crisis and I am technically an out-of-town customer. Everything but the final closing was handled electronically, and Randy was very prompt answering e-mails throughout. Not only great customer service, but I also got the best rate for my loan here after shopping at Chase and Quicken.

  I financed my home with Schmidt Mortgage about 7 years ago. Randy was amazing to work with and his communication about the process was spot on. My Mom attempted to use the bank she has been with for decades and they screwed her around so much that she almost lost the deal. I told her to call Randy and within a couple of days, it was done. Another amazing experience. He will always get the first shot on future mortgages.

  They did an awesome job from start to finish. We really enjoyed that it was a smaller company which made it very personalable. I'm a veteran and we were having a tough time finding a lender that would do the VA loan for us. We found out many lenders aren't too familiar with the VA loan or they really just don't want to handle one, which is frustrating because it's part of their job description. We worked with Randy and it was a true blessing to meet the guy and have the confidence that he was going to take care of us. He knows his stuff and be rest assured reading this that he will handle your loan with professionalism and thoroughness. It was a 45 minute drive for us to go to his office but it was well worth the end result. It was our first home back in 2012. We were so pleased with their service that we always reccomend them. We will be building a house and will be in contact with them for our next loan within a year. Hope this review helps out someone looking for a lender, especially any veteran!
