      Good luck contacting these guys once your mortgage has been issued. They transferred the servicing of my loan, then took it back. Since they resumed servicing my mortgage, they haven't sent me a statement. I've called them to try to fix the problem, but they simply put me on hold for 45 minutes to an hour until I hangup.
