  I have great service at SSFCU. I have been a satisfied member since 1973. They are always willing to meet our needs with our extensive world travel arrangements such as ATM adjustments and auto loans when desired.

  Spoke on the phone with the receptionist awhile back. She was extremely rude on the phone, laughing about me with her other colleague and eventually hung up on me mid sentence. Look elsewhere! Terrible service

  $300 a day limit. When asked to remove the limit or up it they said no I have to open a line of credit.

  I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your recent experience. For the protection of our members, there are daily transaction limits in place on debit cards for ATM and Point of Sale (POS) transactions. The $300 limit you mentioned only applies for ATM withdrawals in a 24 hour period. ATM or POS limits can temporarily be increased if you know you will be making a large purchase and are able to notify us in advance. In addition, the credit union offers a variety of ways to access your funds for larger purchases or paying bills - including ACH, share draft or through online Bill Pay.
