      Other banks have lobby hours by appointment. I have business with the bank that requires more than what they are trained to do at the drive through (already tried that). I do not do business with other branches, I do business with your branch. I do not want to leave town and go elsewhere...that is really rotten service. I can't even get an O'Fallon number to call so I can speak to a person...they give me Collinsville. You obviously do not value O'Fallon customers very highly to treat them this way.
