      Friendly, fast, efficient service with a smile. In and out in less than 10 minutes on average for deposits and withdrawals. Plus, unlike most other credit unions, they have safe deposit boxes...and for 30% less than what banks charge! I appreciate that they have Saturday hours. Since Covid-19 restrictions were enacted, they even open the door for you to enter and exit.

      Very bad customer service they laughed at me when I asked for change as they advertise walk up services but do not honor it for co-op credit union members.

      With the pandemic number high they have the nerve to have my pull down my mask , when bank is full to capacity . Only this branch constantly gives me a hard time for everything, deposits cash , check cashing and withdraw. I came in to deposit my pay check and I needed two 50 dollar bills back from my checkings . I swipe my bank card and showed my I D what else do you need . Believe me I try my hardest to avoid using the location, because I always get the third degree here . The branch by my house has Top service and treat customer good and I never get the third degree .
