      I've banked with them for 5 years and before that with plenty of other banks!! Never had an issue with SDCCU and everybody is always sooo nice, respectful and they know what their doing!! I feel excited building my credit with them and refinancing my car loan too!! No complaints about the wonderful app!! Keep it up!!

      Used to really like this bank but it has really gone down hill. Closed my account without notice for a negative balance due to them not declining my card. Or even notifying me of the situation. Zero stars.

      I have been a member of SDCCU for 10+ years. Their quality of service has gone WAY down. Some company’s have taken zero time bouncing back from the pandemic, but this seems to be their new standard. If you like long phone wait times and rude bankers/tellers, this is the correct financial institution for you. I will be moving my account elsewhere.
