  So I was a member of this bank 3 years ago..then moved out of state and loved the customer service and the experience they gave by making you feel like a wanted customer. Fast forward till now so naturally coming back here I wanted to bank with them again. Things have really changed. No small town feel where everyone knows your name. Kinda like if you like it great if not go elsewhere was the feeling I get now. They were nice opening the account after that no customer service. Called to order checks like I did in the past and before they took care of it one phone call...this time she says ok hold on transfers me to customer service without explaining what she was doing. It's like the customer doesn't matter anymore since they have gotten bigger. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere. You should really go back to customers are important like before.

  Marc Heraux, Vice President of the Small Business Unit, spent Two months trying to reach me using the wrong e-mail & telephone number because he did not check the online records which I had updated. When I contacted him, he caused me an entire week of physical stress symptoms such as stomach area cramps & sleeplessness by giving me only options of tripling the Former interest only payments or coming up with $ 39,000 immediately on the Line of Credit. I am a good customer who does not deserve to be treated that way!
