      I initially had a construction loan with First Green Bank, which got bought out by Seacoast Bank. With Seacoast Bank, I have had poor customer support and follow-ups on my loan extension request. I have been unable to get any loan specialists to return my phone calls or emails. They refuse to give me a loan extension due to the contractor’s inability to complete construction and now sends me a statement to repay principal and interest on a loan amount I have not drawn out. This loan extension process has been a nightmare. I am still waiting to hear back from a Loan Specislist from Seacoast Bank who could help resolve this issue.
