Uses a fake virus as an excuse to provide terrible customer service. Can’t even talk to someone face to face. All businesses acting like this should be scorned.

Seacoast Bank added a $ 150.00 charge to my credit line statements. Seacoast Bank refused my requests to specify what the charges were for. Communication with Vice Presidents Philip Fitzpatrick, Gary Albert, and Marc Heraux did not resolve the problem.
